15th Asian Games Doha 2006
For the first time, Nestlé PURE
LIFE teams up with the Asian Games
The
15th Asian Games will take place in Doha from 1 to 15 December
and will welcome more than 10,500 athletes and team officials
from 45 countries and regions participating in 39 sports.
The 15th Asian Games Doha 2006 is the largest in the history
of the event. The competition brings together countries from
all over Asia, totalling two thirds of the world’s
population, offering 11 more sports than the Olympic Games.
The 16th Asian Games in 2010 will be hosted in Guangzhou,
China. New Delhi, India and Incheon, Korea, have expressed
interest to the Olympic Council for Asia (OCA) for consideration
as host of the 17th Asian Games in 2014.
