Drink 1,5L a day?
It's easy!

Water is the preferred beverage that is recommended at mealtimes and throughout the day

as it hydrates the body without providing any other ingredients. So let’s face it, water is really the preferred drink to hydrate the whole family.

For good hydration, it is recommended to:
- Drink small quantities of water regularly throughout the day.
By doing this, the losses are compensated for on a regular basis as they occur.
- Drink before being thirsty.
In certain cases, the sensation of thirst is diminished or even absent. If you are feeling thirsty, it already means that your water loss is greater than your intake. So, it is a good habit to drink regularly all day long.

Drinking 1.5 litres** of water a day is easy!

Just think about drinking 8 glasses of water (20cl) at intervals, throughout the day:

Drink one glass:

1. upon waking up
2. during the morning break
3. at lunch
4. with a cup of coffee
5. in the afternoon
6. arriving home
7. during dinner
8. in the evening
